Easter will arrive early this year, March 23 to be exact. Traditional Easter Services will be held in most churches throughout the city during Easter week. Macy’s  Flower Show will be in full swing. It really is something to see! Flower show tours are free and operator every half-hour between the hours of 11am – 4pm. The Ringling Bros.and Barnum & Bailey Circus  will be in town from March 20 – April 7 (Madison Sq. Garden). A colorful Easter Egg Hunt will be held downtown at the South Street Seaport on March 22 (12 PM - 4PM). Also on March 22, the historic Bartow-Pell Mansion will hold the Annual Spring Egg Festivities between the hours of 10:30AM – 1PM. The Eatser Bunny will be at this event! The is $12 per child under 13 years of age. Adults and kids over 13 are FREE. Please bring your own easter basket to this event. The famous and fun Easter Parade on 5^th Avenue  is a “must do” starting at 10AM (between 44th – 57th Street). You don’t need an Easter outfit to take part in the parade but if you have some Easter gear on it makes it more fun.  A simple flowers in yourhair will do for the ladies and for the gents a colorful tie will work wonders.
