According to reports over at African Press Internation (API) Mrs. Obama called them to set the record straight and API claims Mrs. Obama said the following during a telephone call to them, “African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” and she went to state that, “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telefon to API.”
Now I say to Mrs. Obama end the rumors by providing the records. Why the road blocks in the Berg case – just release the records and put the story to rest. If there is no problem PROVIDE THE RECORDS. End the story by releasing the records. By not giving up the records you are saying that the rumors are true. If the call to API is true you (Mrs. Obama) are telling the American people and the world Senator Obama does not meet criteria to run for office. This great nation has laws in place for a reason and the laws should be followed. Just because people question Senator Obama’s eligilbility to run for office does not make them racist and if what is said in the API story is true I say to you – You Are So WRONG. I am sure Senator Obama does love this Country but rules were put into place in this country for a reason.
The API is an interesting web site and has interesting stories. No idea if any of them are true or not but makes for interesting reading. I found this story on texasdarlin.wordpress.com (a good site). I don’t think the API story is true. Mrs. Obama is not a stupid woman and would never admit such a thing knowing the law. I don’t believe the story. They now say they have audio tapes……let’s see! ! !
